1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using projecttmrw.com and our services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. What TMRW does

TMRW provides property wildfire-risk assessments, recommendations, and tools intended to help homeowners understand and reduce risk and pursue potential insurance savings, grants, and neighborhood group programs.

3. Not insurance, legal, financial, or professional advice

TMRW is not an insurance company, insurance agent, broker, producer, or adjuster, and does not provide insurance, legal, financial, engineering, or other professional advice. Information, scores, and estimates we provide are for general informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee any insurance coverage, rate, discount, premium reduction, grant, eligibility, approval, or any other specific outcome. Any figures shown in the Services — including savings amounts, risk scores, and preliminary or illustrative offers — are illustrative examples and will vary based on your property, your insurer, and other factors. All insurance decisions are made solely by insurers, and all program decisions are made solely by the relevant program administrators.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

5. Your information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for the information you submit.

6. Communications consent

By providing your email address and phone number and submitting them through the Services, you consent to receive communications from us as described in our Privacy Policy, including emails and calls and text messages — which may be sent using automated or autodialed technology. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing anything. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You may reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose; not to interfere with or disrupt the Services; not to attempt to gain unauthorized access; and not to scrape, harvest, or copy content except as expressly permitted.

8. Third-party services and contractors

We may refer or connect you to third parties, including contractors, program administrators, and insurers. We do not control and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, work quality, pricing, or services. Any dealings you have with a third party are solely between you and that third party.

9. Intellectual property

The Services and all associated content, trademarks, and software are owned by TMRW or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY RISK-REDUCTION MEASURE WILL PREVENT LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR FIRE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TMRW AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TMRW and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with a new effective date, and your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
